Stuttgart, Deutschland - The 17-year-old gymnast Helen Kevric from Stuttgart suffered a serious knee injury during the all-round final of the European Championships in Leipzig. Schönmaier had qualified as eighth, but surprisingly decided to do without her start to concentrate on the individual finals. So Janoah Müller started for her and took 20th place. The Italian gymnast Manila Esposito secured the title of European champion with 54.965 points.
