Mascha Schilinski inspires Cannes: Jury Prize for looking into the sun!

Mascha Schilinski won the jury's prize today at the 78th Film Festival in Cannes for her film “Watch in the Sun”. The award ceremony, which took place on Saturday evening, was overshadowed by a temporary power failure in the city, but the event took place under the moderation of the French actor Laurent Lafitte. Schilinski shares the award with the Spanish director Oliver Laxe, who was also honored for his film “Sirât”.
