Fritz Speck rocks Arneburg: Indie-pop concert in the open air!
On August 30th, music lovers in and around Arneburg can look forward to a very special evening. The rising indie pop artist Fritz Bacon, known from the casting show “The Voice of Germany”, will appear on the green area behind the fire department at 7 p.m. Admission is from 6 p.m. The cards cost 10 euros and are available both at the Arneburg Tourist Information Office and by telephone on 039321 51860.
Fritz Speck quickly made a name for himself in the music scene. His appearance on the TV show 2023, where he thrilled the jury with an emotional performance of “5 Meter Walls”, enabled him to make his breakthrough. Anyone who has heard his smoky and vulnerable voice cannot help but wish him goosebumps. People's voice emphasizes that through his involvement in the show he not only attracted viewers, but also event inquiries from cities all over Germany.
A promising indie pop evening
Speck is an artist who tells stories. In his concerts he impressively incorporates personal experiences and makes his listeners think with his authentic and emotional style. His debut single “I really wanted you to go” will be released in September and has already been streamed millions of times. Embassy of Music describes his music as a combination of melancholic and stimulating elements of indie pop.
Concertgoers can look forward to a performance accompanied by sounds that are both melancholic and inspiring. His lyrics often deal with themes such as loss, self-discovery and the inner longings that make life come alive.
Fritz Speck is not only a strong talent in music, but also a likeable person. Despite his newfound fame as a contestant on "The Voice," where constant camera presence wasn't exactly his thing, he remains down-to-earth. He describes himself as an introvert and regularly feels confronted with important performances. “Participation in ‘The Voice’ has increased the number of visitors to my concerts enormously,” says Speck. He sees his home, the Altmark, as both a curse and a blessing - a home full of beautiful memories, but at the same time little action for adults.
A celebration of music
Fritz Speck's concert is part of the Altmark Music Festival, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary. From August 9th to November 5th, a varied cultural program will be offered at various historical locations in Saxony-Anhalt. The support group of the Arneburg Volunteer Fire Department will ensure your physical well-being during the concert - a perfect setting to let yourself be carried away by the music and atmosphere.
Fritz Speck has established himself as a passionate musician and, as many of his fans would like, will soon conquer the stage outside of Germany. Appearances in cities beyond Germany's borders are already in the starting blocks. By the way, on August 14th he will demonstrate his skills at the FluxFM Bergfest, another step on his promising journey.
Mark your calendar for August 30th - an evening full of music, emotions and stories from one of the country's most promising talents!
