a timeless work of art

Lewis Carroll's works have had an enormous influence on the representative arts since his time. The first authorized staging of "Alice in Wonderland" was realized by Henry Saville Clarke, and Carroll was actively involved. Since his death in 1898, the interpretations of his stories in the performing arts have significantly multiplied. For example, his stories inspired numerous musical compositions and plays that keep reinventing the crazy and absurd world of Alices. Among other things, works by Gerald Fried, Mike Batt and even the Beatles of Carroll's ideas were influenced, such as Lewis Carroll documented.

The "Alice in Wonderland" musical in Bautzen is not only a tribute to Carroll's legacy, but also promises to become something very special for young and young at heart. In any case, the organizers have proven a good hand, and the mixture of imaginative action and rousing music will certainly be remembered. You shouldn't miss that!
