Tips for a successful evening

There are some practical tips for everyone planning to take part: The use of protective equipment such as knee and elbow pads and a helmet is recommended. Reflective clothing and a flashlight for dark sections of the route could also come in handy. It is particularly important to maintain a minimum distance of 5 meters from the music van and to only move on road sections approved by the police.

Children and young people are only allowed to take part when accompanied by a legal guardian or an adult who must actively participate on skates themselves. This ensures that younger participants are also safe while on the move. If you are physically exhausted, you should stop the run and start the journey home on your own.
