Summer is finally here, and that doesn't just apply to the sun-kissed beaches, but also to our local stars. After a long period of almost constant touring, the well-known singer Matthias Reim has finally loosened the reins on his music business a little. He has decided to spend time with his family this summer and take a well-deserved break. “After 20 years without a serious vacation, it’s high time to take a breather,” says Reim and plans to spend a relaxing vacation with his older children. He will then follow with his wife and little daughter.
The Reim couple have a beautiful holiday home on the picturesque Lake Como in northern Italy, in an area known for its natural beauty and relaxing atmosphere. Matthias describes himself as a “summer guy” and especially enjoys the warm days, even if he retreats to his air-conditioned home when the temperatures are extreme. He particularly likes the evening hours at the lake, where he enjoys an espresso on his motorbike - a real brewski, you could say!
A dream vacation for families
Lake Como is not only an ideal holiday destination for Matthias Reim. In fact, this region attracts families from all over Europe. The town of Cernobbio, just a few kilometers northwest of Como, has developed a reputation as a particularly family-friendly place.
