Roland Kaiser is one of the biggest names in the German music scene and has won the hearts of his fans for decades with his unique stage presence. Now the fans can look forward to Kaisermania, which will open its grandstand in Dresden in the summer of 2023. The ticket platforms' servers were overloaded, disappointing many fans who were unable to gain access to the highly coveted tickets. There is also another downer: Due to the collapse of the Carola Bridge, it is no longer possible to watch the concerts as onlookers. If you want to experience the highly anticipated events, you have to rely on official ticket providers. The organizer “Semmel Concerts” has already warned urgently against unofficial ticket providers and emphasized that all tickets are personalized. These should therefore under no circumstances be purchased via platforms such as Viagogo, Ticketbande or eBay.

Beware of scams

Caution is advised because the ticket market unfortunately also attracts fraudsters. Counterfeits and invalid tickets are commonplace, as Kaiser Mania and Online Ticketbetrug warn. Those affected report fake tickets being offered on social networks and unofficial platforms. Often buyers do not receive a valid ticket after payment or the ticket has already been used.

The warnings are clear: reselling via unauthorized platforms is not only unsafe, but also ensures that the owners of possible counterfeits are not allowed entry to the concerts. The official ticket sales via Eventim and the Eventim ticket exchange “fanSALE” are the only reliable options. Tips for buying tickets include paying attention to the imprint and reputation of the provider. Particular caution is required when prices are extremely low.

Official information and the final touches

It is best to get the tickets from the official website. From November 22, 2024, “fanSALE” will also allow the legal and secure resale of tickets that have already been purchased. Tickets marked with the “Fair Deal” logo are not offered more expensive than the original prices, so fans are on the safe side. In addition, the last Kaisermania concert will be broadcast live on MDR on August 9th, and there will be public viewing in cities such as Leipzig, Dortmund and Schwarzkollm - a great opportunity to be part of the spectacle outside of the event.
