Görlitz hearing acoustics champion Anja Tillack opens Hin & Hör!
Steinstraße 6, 02826 Görlitz, Deutschland - Where would you be better off than at the regional classic "Hin & Hör"? On Monday, Anja Tillack opens her new hearing acoustic business at Steinstraße 6 in Görlitz. The 49-year-old Görlitzer has over three decades of experience after completing her training as a hearing acoustician in Halle from 1992 to 1995. Previously, she worked for a child until 2025, where she had been working as a branch manager since 1999. The brave step into self -employment is no coincidence. In recent years, Tillack expressed her dissatisfaction with the company philosophy and the occupation in child and decided to take the rudder into her own hands when her former employer was sold to the Danish competitor Demant for around 700 million euros.
The name of her business, "Hin & Hör", is original and was created in a beer mood with former colleagues. "I have just lost the joy of work in the past three years, and now I want to start again," says the new entrepreneur with emphasis. The first steps to the perfect implementation are already done: the shop is centrally located and easily accessible, and Tillack has already started the furnishings, including a soundproof cabin for the rehearsing.
a solid start to independence
The step into self -employment is no longer a free fall into the unknown in the industrial acoustician industry. According to Meinhoergeraet.de , many hearing care professionals have discovered the advantages of independence, whereby large branchists are increasingly taking over small companies. Here the individual acoustician service (IAS) comes into play, which is considered the leading coach for start -ups in hearing acoustics and has already paved the way for many founders.
The challenges, such as economy and the right choice of location, should not be underestimated. There are currently over 4,000 specialist shops for hearing aid acoustics in Germany. By 2050 alone, an increase of 2 million potential customers will be expected, which corresponds to a total of over 10 million hearing -impaired people in Germany. Therefore, the demand in the area of hearing acoustics is still high and well -founded training is essential. Anja Tillack has not only been a master since 2003, but has also trained 16 to 18 apprentices and lives contact with these former intensive ones.
The vision for the future
Tillack will see her clients in their business and home visits in the future, the latter being an idea, which she does not want to implement from the start. She is confident that new customers will be sent to her by ENT doctors and rely on mouth-to-mouth propaganda. "The opening times are flexibly designed in order to meet the needs of my customers," emphasizes the entrepreneur. These are: Monday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday and Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and by appointment.
As Anja Tillack shows, the industry offers many opportunities for the self -employed if you have a good knack for your customers' needs and plan the right steps early. The combination of experience, passion and a strong vision can become the key to success. Inviting business premises, well -founded diagnoses, individual hearing tests and a strong information base are essential in order to be able to exist in the competition. It remains exciting to see how "HIN & HET" will enrich the field of view of hearing acoustics in Görlitz.
