The Leipzig Mass Group has achieved a record result in 2024: With sales of 114.7 million euros, the company has an impressive growth of 43 percent compared to the previous year. After all, proud 192 events took place last year, including 22 own measurements, 28 guest events and 142 congresses as well as events. "The support of our shareholders, especially the city of Leipzig and the state of Saxony, in the amount of 7.8 million euros, was crucial for our growth," explains Managing Director Martin Buhl-Wagner. The positive trend was promoted not least through internationalization, innovative formats and strong commitment to sustainability. For example, a fan zone on Augustusplatz was set up for the UEFA Euro 2024, which attracted more than 300,000 visitors, and there were numerous activities around the fair.
