Part -time training for educators: New Chance 2026 in Dresden!
A new course for everyone who works in adult education or want to become starts in 2026 in Saxony. In cooperation with the Protestant adult education and the Volkshochschule Dresden, a part -time additional qualification will be offered from January 2026 to September 2027. This initiative is supported by the Catholic adult education Schmochtitz and the Keb Saxony, which appears as a cooperation partner, such as Diocese of Dresden-Meißen reported.
This further training is aimed at everyone who works in general adult education or in a similar education direction. The participants acquire competencies that they need to successfully plan, carry out and evaluate educational events. A balanced mix of theoretical knowledge and practice -oriented content is placed.

costs and appointments
For the entire qualification, participants must expect course costs of around 1,800 euros that can be reduced to members of the churches in Saxony. In addition, there are costs for accommodation and meals during the block seminars, which amount to around 76 euros per day. The block seminars are scheduled for the period between January 2026 and September 2027 and offer space for intensive exchange and learning, as can be seen on the side of the Evangelical Adult Education Saxony.
