News from the region: The roads between Neustadt and Krumhermsdorf are open again! Today, November 7, 2025, construction work on county road K8727 was officially completed. A section of around 450 meters was renewed, which now makes asphalt layers thicker and therefore offers more strength. Costs of around 70,000 euros were raised for the renovation measures, which were partly covered by the flat rate for repairs from the Free State of Saxony and by the district's own funds, reported Sächsische.de.
