SEK insert in Zierzow: Lauter Sturm because of searching for matters!

This Wednesday morning, June 4, 2025, a special task force (SEK) in Zierzow near Grabow, Ludwigslust-Parchim district, caused a sensation. At around 6 a.m., the emergency services searched a property on Fritz-Reuter-Straße. Local residents were torn out of sleep by loud noises, including the sound of a RAM hammer and the sowing sound of chainsaws. The SEK was used on the basis of a search decision, enacted by the Schwerin public prosecutor and the Ludwigslust criminal police.

The goal of the search was to find a murder weapon. A 45-year-old is suspected of having threatened another man with a pistol in September 2024. The police moved into the SEK because the accused was expected to have weapons.
