Murder plot in Upper Bavaria: Lotto winner in court!

This day, June 10, 2025, the Munich II Regional Court continues the trial against a 58-year-old woman from Odelzhausen. She is on trial because of a suspected murder compete against her husband. The accused is said to have commissioned the murder, whereby she allegedly included her daughter, her partner and a suspected contract killer from Bulgaria. On February 27, 2024, he attacked the husband, Ralf S., with an ax and a knife.

The public prosecutor accuses the accused of having acted out of greed and lack of money. Ralf S. was said to have been seriously injured before, but survived by happy circumstances and was able to defend himself while a neighbor alerted the police. According to the indictment, the accused plans to return to her prosperity after winning around 1.2 million euros in the lottery in August 2018, but only a little left five years later. Parts of the profit had been given away to their two daughters.
