The Beuren shooting club will open the doors to its traditional shooting festival from July 4th to 6th, 2025. Under the motto “Community and Celebrations”, visitors can expect a colorful program for young and old. At a time when the importance of conviviality and tradition is coming to the fore again, the club sees an excellent opportunity to remember these values. How Eichsfeld News reports, the festival is all about music, celebration and, above all, community.
The event will reach its climax on Saturday, July 5th. Bird shooting attracts not only the shooters, but also numerous spectators who want to follow the competition for the title of the new shooting king or queen. In the evening, the band Paula & Sons will provide musical entertainment and shake up the marquee - entry is free!
A celebration for the whole family
There is a lot on offer, especially for younger guests: During the shooting festival, a children's flea market “From children for children” takes place, which offers a great opportunity to swap or sell toys. There will also be a bouncy castle available to keep everyone entertained throughout the weekend. Culinary delicacies, cool drinks as well as coffee and cake round off the offer. On these days, the physical well-being of all visitors is well taken care of.
Sunday traditionally begins at 9 a.m. with a high mass, which is provided with music by the Beurisches Kirchenchor. The morning pint, accompanied by a brass band, creates a festive atmosphere. A public and children's shooting event is also planned for Sunday afternoon, which is intended to make the festival attractive for all generations and strengthen the community.
