Jena, Deutschland - On Wednesday, the police arrested a 39-year-old German in Jena, for whom an arrest warrant from the Erfurt public prosecutor's office was available. The man was able to escape a prison sentence by quickly paying 1,600 euros. But he was not the only one: a 42-year-old woman also received a visit from the police.
