Support for cultural education

As part of the promotion of culture in Thuringia, the cultural agent program, which will be extended until 2027, has also proven successful. State Secretary Tina Beer emphasizes how important cultural education is for creative thinking and social understanding. This complements the objectives of the Eva Maria Dicken Prize, which offers young people new perspectives and forms of expression.

The patronage of this creative competition lies with the Friedenstein Foundation Gotha, which, in collaboration with the Dicken family from Wuppertal, the LAG Jugendkunstschulen Thüringen e.V. and the Friends of the Kunstsammlungen Schloss Friedenstein Gotha, ensures the success and visibility of the initiative. Every year an important connection between art and life is created.
