The excitement increases, because the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris are just around the corner! The athletes train intensively to prepare for their competitions as best as possible. In particular, the shooters are currently fully doing all hands, because on July 27th the first discipline will be held in shooting. Preparations are already in full swing.

Thomas Pfeffer, the discipline manager for the current disc, heads the last joint course before the big event on the Olympic shooting grounds in Paris. Four athletes are preparing in Elxleben, while the wealth team, under the leadership of national coach Wolfram Waibel, trains from July 15th to 18th in Garching-Hochbrück. For the Skeet shooters, training camps in Hopsten and Suhl are on the program. Here, national coach Katharina Bechtel wants to tackle the preparation for the competition with a careful burden. Trap shooters under the guidance of national coach Uwe Möller will come together between July 21 and 25 in Frankfurt/Oder, while the 300m rifles are preparing in Sonthofen. Over 340 athletes will demonstrate their skills in 15 different competitions, which are reported in déols, about 270 km from Paris.
