TV Edigheim is 130 years old: jubilation, joy and new calisthenics!

Ludwigshafen, Deutschland - The next month the gymnastics association (TV) Edigheim will celebrate an impressive anniversary. The association, founded in 1895, celebrated 130 years of its existence in June. The two chairpersons, Frank Dudek and Jürgen Sinn, already have a diverse anniversary program in planning in order to duly appreciate this significant occasion. The Rheinpfalz reports that a Calisthenics group is added to the new offerings of the association, a modern enrichment for the members.

Sigrid Jahn played a special role in the long history of the association. As a trainer for Nordic Walking, she headed groups for over 25 years and contributed significantly to community education among the participants. Her walking tours in Ludwigshafen and the surrounding corridors were not only an opportunity for movement, but also for the exchange and the connection between the members. Sigrid's farewell is described as particularly emotionally because her commitment and courage will be remembered. In 2025 it will be replaced by Bettina and Silvia, who will continue the training. The winter training takes place on Tuesdays from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Lessingturnhalle, while summer training is also organized on Tuesdays from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the TVE, Ostring.
