Bloody knife attack at Hamburg Central Station: Perpetrator arrested!

A women's attack at Hamburg Central Station caused panic scenes! On yesterday's day, a woman pulled out a knife and injured passers -by on the platform Gleis 13/14. However, the brutal incident was quickly stopped by two brave passers -by and the police. The suspect could be arrested immediately.

First investigations indicate that the woman is mentally ill. So far, no references to political motivation have been found. It is presented to a judge today to decide on her accommodation. A total of around 350 forces from the Hamburg police and 60 federal police officers were deployed, while rescue teams immediately provided medical care for the injured. Witnesses are asked to report to the police.
