Violence on the open street: Ukrainian man seriously injured!

In the early morning of May 31, 2025, around 4:45 a.m., there was a brutal assault on Trier Strasse, at the intersection to Fritz-Dobisch-Straße. Two men attacked a 24-year-old Ukrainian, beat him up and added a heavy stitch into the left arm with a knife. The injured man was immediately taken to a clinic in Saarbrücken, but fortunately there is currently no danger to life.

The attackers, who are both in their early 20s and wore light clothing, fled towards Hafenstrasse after a bold witness intervened. The police are now looking for other witnesses and asks for information on 0681-9321-233. The background and motives of the violent discussion remain unclear.
