On Saturday, May 31, 2025, a VW Jetta with Polish license plates was checked by the federal police at the Krauschwitz border crossing. The 32-year-old driver, who was able to identify himself with a valid Polish ID, had hidden a forbidden jumping knife with a blade length of 10 cm in the unlocked glove compartment.
