The anticipation for the 2025 European Basketball Championship in Finland is increasing! From August 26th to September 4th, 2025, the DBB team will compete against Sweden, Lithuania, Great Britain and the hosts in Tampere. Particularly exciting for fans: ING Germany is giving away an unforgettable fan trip for two people to the European Championship, as Bild reports.
The trip begins with a flight to Helsinki and includes a total of 9 nights at the 4-star Scandic Eden Nokia Hotel, which provides breakfast for guests. Tickets are also included for the Germany games – a real all-round package for all basketball enthusiasts! Departure will take place from Frankfurt am Main Airport on August 26, 2024 and the return journey is planned for September 4, 2024. Conditions of participation only require that you register as a BILDplus customer.
Fan trips for basketball fans
If you don't want to leave the trip to luck, you can also take care of one of the travel packages from TR Germany GmbH. These packages for the group phase of EuroBasket 2025 including flights, overnight stays with breakfast and transfers are available from 2,249.00 euros per person in a double room. In addition, the travelers look forward to a welcome dinner, a small fan package and the accompaniment of a DBB fan representative, as basketball-bund.de reports. The hotel in Nokia is located right on the water and is well connected to public transport, making it easy to reach the Arena in Tampere. A minimum number of participants of 30 people is required.
The atmosphere during the European Championships will certainly be unique! The planning also includes a planned fan trip to the final location in Riga, Latvia, which is not yet available for booking.

The official sales start has already taken place and the tickets can only be purchased via the official platforms of the countries.
