74-year-old from Oberhausen: Brazen fraud stitch for computer access!

Straßburger Straße, 46045 Oberhausen, Deutschland - An outraged 74-year-old Oberhausener has become the victim of a sophisticated fraud! On Tuesday evening, an alarming window suddenly appeared on his laptop, which asked him to call a phone number. He followed the indication of a good faith and spoke to a supposed Microsoft employee. The latter claimed that his computer was infected with a Trojan and called for access to the system.

just a short time later, even before the police arrived, the senior had already informed his Sparkasse and blocked his account. The criminal police have now started the investigation to grab other perpetrators. An urgent police advice: don't be put under pressure! Never grant foreign access to your computer and inform your bank immediately if you make a little suspicious. Protect yourself and your relatives!
