Alcohol and lollipop: 32-year-old causes accident in Kaiserslautern

A lozipbon could not cover the bitter truth: a 32-year-old driver was on the road and caused an accident on Thursday evening on Zollamtstrasse. With his Opel he crashed into a stopping Mazda who was waiting at a red traffic light.

While the police started their investigation, the officials were able to perceive the sweet fragrance of the sweets - but that was nothing compared to the man's clear alcohol flag. A breath alcohol test resulted in terrifying 1.53 per thousand! The journey was abruptly over for the driver: he had to hand in his driver's license and undergo a blood sample. His Opel was towed and criminal proceedings are now at the door.
