on Wednesday evening, around 4:45 p.m., there was a rear -end collision on the federal road 294 near Schenkenzell, in which a person was slightly injured. A 30-year-old driver who was traveling from Rötenbach towards Schenkenzell had to slow down due to traffic to turn into the “Grubersgrund” street.

A 61-year-old driver of a Skoda Kodiaq behind her recognized the dangerous situation too late and crashed into the braking vehicle. The impact led to a slight injury to the young woman. The police and emergency services were quickly on hand to take care of the woman and regulate traffic. The cause of the accident is now the subject of the investigation.
