Authority check on the A67: blow against undeclared work and traffic offenders!
On Tuesday, May 27th, a massive, cross-agency control took place on the Pfungstadt-Ost tank and rest area on Autobahn 67. Under the direction of Police President Björn Gutzeit and President of the District Prof. Dr. Jan Hilligardt and the head of the main customs office, Michael Blumenstock, checked the authorities from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The focus was on checking the proper waste transport by the Federal Office for Logistics and Mobility (Balm), compliance with steering and rest times by the police and the control of illegal employment relationships by the main customs office. Such comprehensive controls have already made high waves in the past and show the importance of the common efforts to combat violations in transport.| Details | |
