Rethfelder Straße, 25335 Elmshorn, Deutschland - On Friday, May 30, 2025, an 85-year-old Elmshorner was the victim of a fraud in her own apartment! At around 5:50 p.m., a man rang on her door, pretended to offer a service from Deutsche Telekom, and showed a lanyard with an ID card. The senior citizen, ignorant about the fraudulent stitch, let the supposed employee in. After a short check of the telephone boxes, the man asked 4.95 euros and asked for a payment via his smartphone.

In a shocking shoot, he not only stole the money, but also the lady's EC card, which he previously made to enter her pin. As soon as he had seen the data on the display, he disappeared from the apartment with a quick sprint. The perpetrator was described as about 170-180 cm tall, slim, with short black hair, dressed in dark jeans and a beige polo shirt.
