Last weekend a 30-year-old man was stopped by the police in Sömmerda on an e-scooter. During the control on Mainzer Strasse, it turned out that the driver was heavily alcoholic - a breath alcohol test showed over 2.8 per thousand!The police not only prohibited him from continuing, but also brought him to the office for a blood sample. After completing all measures, the man was finally allowed to continue on foot. Criminal proceedings for drunkenness were initiated against him. A warning example for everyone who believes that they could drive drunk!
