On Tuesday afternoon, the police were called to Trippstadter Strasse, where a 26-year-old man was found in a helpless state. On his arrival, the officials discovered that the man was heavily alcoholic. He received a dismissal, which he only reluctantly met.

About an hour later, residents alerted the police again, again because of the same man. The emergency services took him into custody this time. After consultation with a judge and a medical examination, the 26-year-old remained in the care of the police until the next morning.
