The brave seafarers had reached the bank swimming and were able to make the emergency call without carrying out serious injuries.

But the joy of the happy ending did not last long! The responsible boat guide, a 26-year-old from the LK Nordwestmecklenburg, was under the influence of alcohol-a value of 0.85 per thousand was found. The police not only relieved him of the sports boat driver's license, but also ordered a blood sample. In addition, a criminal complaint was admitted to him due to the risk to shipping. The sunken, five -meter -long boat was secured and brought to marina - luckily operating materials did not run out. A real shock moment for everyone involved!
