In the night of Sunday, June 1st, a restaurant on Konrad-Adenauer-Platz in Leverkusen-Wiesdorf burned, and the police acted quickly! A 57-year-old man was temporarily arrested after he released flammable liquid in front of the glass front of the restaurant around 4 a.m. and set fire to fire. The alleged perpetrator initially fled from the crime scene, but the matter took a dramatic turn when he reported to the police the same morning and revealed his location.

The investigators report considerable damage to the glass facade and the interior facility inventory, but there were no injuries. The man who was already known to the police is shown to a judge today. A fire that burns and a perpetrator who represents himself - this story has everything!
