A brazen thief struck at Ulm Münsterplatz! Shortly after 10 a.m., a 28-year-old grabbed the wallet of a 20-year service in a café and tried to flee. But his luck did not last long! A brave 39-year-old colleague and two passers-by noticed the brazen act and provided the perpetrator.
