On Monday, May 26th, there was a spectacular traffic accident at 2:24 p.m. on Cardinal-Galen-Straße near the A59 motorway. A 49-year-old driver of a black VW Golf collided with a gray VW Polo, who apparently tried to turn left onto the highway. But the drama took a surprising turn: Before the police could ask the person who caused the accident, the inmates of the Polo disappeared from the scene of the accident.

The rescue workers hurried and took care of the injured golf driver who was cared for on site. The incident remains mysterious because the fleeting occupants could have important information about the accident. The police are now urgently looking for witnesses to bring light into the dark of this fleeting driver.
