Bingen, Deutschland - A 26-year-old caused a sensation in the Bingen police inspection on Saturday morning (May 24, 2025) when he wanted to get his confiscated E-Scooter back. He had already noticed the scooter the evening before - under the influence of cannabis! But the return was not so easy: to get his vehicle back, the young man had to do a rapid drug test.

The result was alarming - the urine test again positively struck cannabis. The most curious? He appeared with a second e-scooter! The police did not give up and took another blood sample.
