Burglars in Tannenweg: Keller full of prey, police warn!

Unknown burglars were able to penetrate a basement complex in the fir path from Tuesday to Wednesday. Between 9 p.m. and 7.30 a.m. they gave themselves violently access to the underground car park and searched the basement area. The long-fingered perpetrators escaped with thieves such as bicycle batteries, a travel case and a bag, while the amount of the damage is still unknown.

The police have published several tips on securing basement rooms to prevent such break -ins. This includes closing the front door, securing the cellar doors, avoiding valuables in the basement and the use of suitable locks for bicycles. It is also advisable to pay attention to suspicious people in the building and to alert the police in case of doubt.
