Burglary in the fishing park: perpetrators steal expensive fishing equipment!

On Wednesday night, June 4, a restaurant in a fishing park in Diepeschrath was hit by two unknown perpetrators. Witnesses who were in an adjoining room heard suspicious noises from the lounge at around 2:25 a.m. With a small light source, they were able to watch two dark -clad men who spoke to each other whispering in German. Shortly afterwards the perpetrators fled through the front door in an unknown direction.

The alarmed police initiated a near -area search, but it was unsuccessful. The first investigations show that the burglars violently opened the door and stole a variety of fishing items. The police are now looking for other witnesses who can provide information about the perpetrators.
