Burglary in Eberschen: perpetrators do not leave any traces!

In the dark night of May 29, 2025, around 2:30 a.m., the police in Eberschen was called for a suspected slump. Unknown perpetrators had tried to penetrate into a building in the 2A in Bökelern. Despite intensive searches of the cupboards and containers, however, they could not find any valuable objects and disappeared without stolen goods.

The police immediately initiated a search, which was unsuccessful. At the scene of the crime, there are no clear indications of the exact circumstances of the incident, which is why the police call on the surrounding traders to show increased vigilance and to report any abnormalities or damage immediately. The investigation into the incident is still underway.
