In a shocking incident in Menden-Holthausen, two unknown people were photographed by an attentive resident in the early morning of November 15 when trying to steal a stolen car. At 5:40 a.m., the 56-year-old was woken up by a loud bang and discovered that the vehicle had raced into his fence. While the driver tried to maneuver the car from the fence, the man was suddenly attacked by the passenger with irritant gas.
