In the night of June 13, 2025, strangers in Suhl caused excitement when they set a garbage can on Ilmenauer Strasse around 0:40 a.m. The huge 1,000 liter roll container was completely destroyed, while a neighboring ton was badly damaged. The property damage is currently still unclear and could be considerable.

The police have taken up the investigation and asks the population for clues. Anyone who has observed suspects at the time or can contribute to the investigation of the arson is asked to report on 03681 369-0 and indicate the file number 0151216/2025. Every note counts!
