A 33-year-old cyclist caused a sensation in Sülze on Sunday evening when he fell around 9 p.m. with his Pedelec and got a headplace wound. The alarmed officials immediately noticed a strong alcohol smell in his breath. A voluntary alcohol test broke all borders and resulted in astonishing 3 per thousand!
