Former disorder in Hagen: Young man terrorized neighbors and police!

In the night of Saturday, a 23-year-old man in Dorotheenstrasse alerted the police because of a nocturnal peace disorder-but for a completely different reason! The young man, who apparently couldn't sleep, screamed and trampled around in his apartment so that the noise could be heard throughout the building.

When the police arrived, the man refused to show himself and instead began to film the officials with his cell phone. In doing so, he loudly called that he was abused and racially insulted - an assertion that was obviously unfounded. As soon as the police officers had left the house, the unteachable man stormed out of his apartment again and stepped against the door. Such nighttime escapades only create additional challenges for the police!
