Shock in the university toilet: Student is filmed secretly-man arrested!

On Thursday at 2:50 p.m. a worse incident was done in the Mannheim University Library: A 21-year-old student noticed that she was filmed by a 25-year-old man while using the toilet. The perpetrator, who had hidden in one of the cabins and had marked them as "defect", did not react to knocking or speech.

When the student informed the security service, another student, 20 years old, entered the toilet and experienced the horror itself. The security service was quickly on site and arrested the perpetrator, whose mobile phone was switched off at that time.
