Traffic control in Lampertheim: Police stops 21 vehicles!

On Tuesday morning, May 27th, a patrol from the Lampertheim-Viernheim police carried out a targeted traffic control in Ringstrasse, right in front of a kindergarten. This campaign was part of the nationwide initiative "weaker road users" and lasted from 10.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. The officers stopped 21 vehicles in total and checked the occupants.

There were oral warnings in three cases because the drivers did not have their driver's licenses with them. Apart from that, there were no further complaints. The police with such actions reaffirm the importance of traffic safety, especially about schools and kindergartens.
