Missed senior found in Zeulenroda drive after great commitment!

On Sunday morning, June 8, 2025, an emergency call received: A 76-year-old resident from Zeulenroda-Trieb was missing! A large search team immediately started, consisting of fire brigade, police, dog handlers, and even a police helicopter to find the elderly.

The intensive search paid off! Around 1:05 p.m., the missing person was discovered slightly injured at the entrance to Pahren and immediately medical care. Thanks to the quick and efficient cooperation of all emergency services, a possible tragedy could be averted. The police express their thanks to everyone involved for the success of this rescue operation!
