Attempted car theft in Trittau: perpetrators fail through camera!

in Trittau, early Tuesday morning, June 3, 2025, two unknown perpetrators tried to steal a BMW 5 Series with Keyless-Go system. At around 1:20 a.m., the vehicle owner's camera system alerted him about the suspicious activities in front of his house in Von-Stauffenberg-Straße. When the two men tried to open the car, they noticed the camera and shouted back before they fled in an unknown direction.

The police encourage all owners of vehicles with keyless systems to exercise special caution. Notes from the population to identify the perpetrators are welcome.
