Norgerweg, Rheine, Deutschland - mysterious explosion of a cigarette machine in Steinfurt! On Monday evening, around 10:45 p.m., residents on Norgerweg, corner of Hoheideweg, heard a deafening bang when strangers chased a cigarette machine in the air. Two hooded perpetrators then fled towards Kösterskamp and grabbed e-scooter to get away quickly. Whether you have also made prey remains puzzling!
