Virtual museum tour for seniors: Experience art in Halle!
On August 15, 2025, exciting cultural experiences are on the program in Halle (Saale) that are particularly important for older people. The Halle (Saale) volunteer agency has initiated an innovative project called “Digital in the living room”. These are virtual forays through world-famous museums, which at the same time offer the opportunity to experience art up close and have a conversation about it.
The next event will take place on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, in the Moritzburg Halle Art Museum, at Friedemann-Bach-Platz 5. From 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., participants have the opportunity to stroll through the impressive rooms of the museum. Under the guidance of an art history student, masterpieces of classical modernism as well as works by contemporary artists are presented.
