Theft in the main train station: Man threatens employees with a dangerous object!

On Tuesday morning, May 27th, a 26-year-old man at the Münster Central Station caused excitement when he steel several doses of a alcoholic mixer in a shop. The security employee noticed the theft and confronted the perpetrator, who then fled with his prey. Despite an immediately initiated search, the man initially remained undetected.

Later in the morning, federal police officers were able to arrest the thief on Bremer Platz. During the search, the officials found a broken bicycle stand with him. Whether this object was the dangerous tool with which it threatened the employees during the theft is currently being examined. The investigation continues.
