Kaiserslautern, Deutschland - An outraged vehicle owner discovered on Thursday afternoon that his license plate was installed on a blue Opel Corsa! The 36-year-old noticed the brazen men who bragged out of his kitchen window with his stolen license plate. Determined to get his property back, he stormed outside. But without saying a word, the perpetrators made themselves out of the dust with his license plate.
