Heavy excavator trailer: drivers without a driver's license stopped!

On Monday morning (May 26th), the South Hesse transport inspection found a heavily overloaded vehicle team in Berlin's Allee, the alarming 2,583 kg weighed - almost twice as much as the permissible trailer load of 1,300 kg. An excavator that was insufficiently secured caused the overload. The 34-year-old driver was also unable to submit a necessary driver's license and thus got into serious difficulties.

The police immediately prohibited the journey and initiated criminal proceedings against the man. Because he was without residence in Germany, the driver had to pay a security deposit of 500 euros and left an address for the residence determination. After these measures, he was finally allowed to leave control.
